Quality Policy Statement

ScanCARE is committed to enhancing customer satisfaction and continual improvement of the Quality Management System. This policy provides the framework for establishing objectives and targets. There is to be constant drive to satisfy ScanCARE customers while always being mindful of the responsibility to ScanCARE employees and the community.

This commitment to Quality includes the provision of quality standards and controls, a safe working environment, identifying risks and hazards, evaluating audit results, analysing data, corrective actions and management reviews.

ScanCARE’s Operations comply with applicable Australian Standards, Regulations and Legislation, with compliance being mandatory and binding on all employees.

This policy is to be communicated and understood by all staff of ScanCARE and made available to the public and interested parties. Periodic review will occur to ensure continuing relevance.

Management and staff are totally committed to achieving the following quality objectives and performance targets:

  1. Understand and monitor customers’ requirements and fulfill our contractual obligations;
  2. To plan, manage and control the quality of work and work environment to ensure business continuity and to ensure consistent quality of services and product;
  3. To maintain effective business operations enabling business prosperity, growth and delivery of improved product and service delivery to customers;
  4. To maintaining a Quality Management System based on the quality assurance standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000;
  5. To ensure our staff have the necessary skills, competencies and training for them to perform assigned tasks;
  6. To ensure that our Management are kept abreast of developments and changes in relevant standards, legislation, technology, and industry developments; and
  7. At defined intervals, review the effectiveness and continual relevance of the Quality Management System and objectives.
